Title: Merry Merry Christmas =D

.
Gunther von Hagens' Body Worlds & The Cycle of Life - 25 December 2009

This is my first Christmas spent looking at corpses. It's really an eye opener and I will highly recommend you to go. What are the chances of you having an opportunity to see an exhibit that is totally more than an X-RAY of your own? You'll be amazed to see how perfectly our human bodies are made.

Human Embryos (each test tube contains embryos of different stages)

Muscles of a basketball player

One of the few plastinated ladies

Gymnastic (you will see extreme of the hand muscles. The skeleton the left belongs to the gymnast)

Do you know that this guy below is holding on to his own skin? Seeing is believing.

If you get closer to this exhibit, you'll see the jockey is split into three parts (the front body, the skeleton, and the back). You'll be able to view the internal organs of the jockey as well as the horse. There's a strip of skin in the middle of the horse that is preserved. You can see the layers of muscles, fats, skins and hairs.

There are plastinated human blood vessels, veins, 2 storey tall Giraffe, and many more. The above are just a few pictures of the exhibits which I have taken from the web. No picture or video takings are allowed. I spent 4hrs in the Body World =D
Remember to take the Q & A booklet outside so that you can write down some information. You can chop ya booklet after completing each section too.

Christmas Eve Movie Outing - 24 December 2009
I'll rate this movie 3.5/5

Ah Chew? Sounds like sneezing rite? aHhhrrr Cheewwww.....
I'll try the peanut paste next time. The aroma is making me hungry.

This is a nice cooling desert which has ginkgo in it. (forgot it's name)

Singapore river filled with "wishes balloons" (all the lighted round balloons)
Nice right?

Shopping & Makan Spree - 18 December 2009

Mamacita Santarina. (she's pretty isn't she?)

Cafe Cartel's piglets

One is Louis, the other is Pigsy

The sinful Pork Knuckle... ( I still prefer Marche's Pork Knuckle)
